If you are suspended: You must file a Petition and Order for Reinstatement along with the account(s) that are delinquent. There is a $20.00 filing fee for the Petition and Order for Reinstatement and a $20.00 filing fee for each account filed.
If your household income us under 125% of the federal poverty guidelines, you may file a Fee Waiver Request.
